Long Year.

It's been a very long difficult year since my last birthday.

Last year around this time, I was streaming regularly on twitch, then something happened. It really messed me up and it took a long time for me to even draw again. It's not been all doom n' gloom though, I've been able to reconnect with a friend, whose friendship I really cherish.

In the past few months, I've been drawing more and more, too! I'm also seeing a new psychiatrist, which I sincerely hope that it will help in the near future.

Happy — THIRTIETH — Birthday, or sumthin'

My birthday is creeping ever forward and I still have yet to come to grips with the fact that I'm going to be thirty years old. I don't think I ever imagined myself reaching that age. It's silly, but I can't help but seeing it as this big, inescapable thing that will wreck everything I had hope to accomplish before I ever reached that age.

There's an upside to that, I'm happily married.

It's been a short ride since I've actually decided to take the plunge and started to post art online. Of course, I've been doing so, with the expectation that I'll eventually build a fanbase and maybe things will go from there... But I think the boat has sailed on that one. I should be content with the fact that showing my art online makes me feel good and it's something that I'd do even if I'd be 'popular' online.

This whole post is sorta useless.

I guess I wanted to just say to those who actually look at my art and like it; a big and heartfelt thank you.
